How do I cancel my order?

Cancellation requests are accepted before the product is shipped. Customers can be place the request by sending a mail to contact@jashanbyjasmine.com or call/whatsapp us at 8123907626. In case of prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited back to the account within 10 days.

What if I receive wrong/physically damaged/partial product, can I get it replaced or returned?

We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a wrong / damaged/ partial product please raise a replacement / return request email to contact@jashanbyjasmine.com

Note:-

We need an unboxing video to claim a return for a damaged /wrong/ missing product.

Returns for damaged/wrong/ missing products that do not include an unboxing video will not be accepted.

I have requested a replacement, when will I receive it?

Once you have raised a replacement request, our team will investigate and initiate the replacement process. You will receive an e-mail/sms advising you on the new order confirmation.
